I absolutely love corn chowder…even more than clam chowder. When I think of chowder, I think of corn chowder, not clam chowder. Nothing beats a really great corn chowder. Although, clam chowder in Boston is pretty darn good. I really love the subtle sweet taste of corn and when you add it to a creamy soup, it’s absolutely delicious. Cobblers are an American deep-dish fruit dessert or pie with a thick crust (usually a biscuit crust) and a fruit filling (such as peaches, apples, berries). Some versions are enclosed in the crust, while others have a drop-biscuit or crumb topping. Knowing how most things are invented, it wouldn’t surprise me if some person had leftover peaches and biscuit dough and decided to just combine them with a little sugar.

There are several ways that you can go about cleaning your grill. Make sure you invest in a good quality grill brush so that it holds up over time. After you’ve taken everything off your grill, place aluminum foil over the metal grate. Turn off your grill and let it cool down. After grilling, let your metal grate cool down enough to handle. Additional Tip: Before turning on your grill, spray the metal grate with non-stick cooking spray.
