Let’s face it. Diets don’t work! If you don’t have first hand experience with that notion, ask anyone who has tried and failed to lose weight a dozen times or more. The dieting merry-go-round, as I like to call it, can be brutally discouraging and frustrating, not to mention that it plummets your self esteem to an all time low! “What’s wrong with me?!” you think. “Why can’t I find the right diet, program or pill?!” And once you think have, you wonder why you can’t stick to it. On May one, 2009, there was a recall of fourteen Hydroxycut diet-aid products springing from a number of reports that people using the products were developing serious liver problems and other health worries. Less than 7 days later, on May four, the 1st Hydroxycut class action lawsuit was filed against the company that manufactures the products, Iovate Medical Sciences. The suit alleges company neglectfulness in informing the public about potential perils of the products. Naturally, it’s too shortly to grasp the suit is going to turn out, but if the company had information which it didn’t divulge to buyers, it should definitely be held accountable.

In latest years the Yankee public has been forced to deal with the fact that a huge % of the population has become fat. We will not switch on the Television without seeing some reference to or footage of some unlucky, overweight individual. Lawsuits are being filed against the pharmaceutical company Iovate Medical Sciences thanks to a number of cases of liver damage and one death that are to be linked to the application of The drug was recalled by the FDA in May, 2009 and is no longer recommended for use. Since the FDA does not officially control diet products like Hydroxycut, it’s unknown how many people may be suffering severe side effects from using the drug. With as many as 9,000,000 doses of the drug having been sold yearly over the last decade, there could potentially be plenty of victims who have never reported their problems. For all those you have internet or a TV, we know Rachel Ray loves Acai. Acai is the new superfood promoted by Rachel Ray, Oprah, Dr. Perricone and Dr. Oz. For those who haven’t heard of it, the acai berry is dark purple or green in color. This berry grows naturally and without cultivation at the crown of fast growing palm trees which dominate the rain forests in the Amazon, particularly in parts of Brazil. Every six months, the local population harvests the berries and uses them to make a fruity pulp which flavors a variety of different foods. In its raw form this berry pulp has a short shelf life and needs to be used quickly. If not used immediately after harvest the pulp needs to be flash-frozen in order to prevent spoilage.

There are some troubles with taking diet tablets, yet numerous Mortals still continue to get them. The only pills you should need are few forms of add-on. It may be possible that you are taking cheap otc dieting tablets or prescription diet doses from your doctor along with your Nutrasystem, Jenny Craig, or Medifast diet. No one states that you can’t take diet pills when you are on the curriculum.
