There are 2 kinds of picnic gift baskets which are both fun and practical to use. Buying a picnic gift basket at a store is much more convenient but creating your own adds a touch of class and has a much more sentimental reason. If you are creating your own picnic gift baskets, a big picnic basket with large handles, and a cheery plastic tablecloth for lining. Plastic flatware, paper plates, napkins, knives and utensils in bright and lively colors.

Who doesn’t take pleasure in outdoor camping? I know I do. Packing everything up and going into the great outdoors, the outdoors that was laid before us by God. Camping gives you being able to lie underneath the moon looking up at the stars attempting to make sense of it all.

Until recently, espresso bars were patronized only by those who understood quality coffee and how to order it. This was true not only in traditional “coffee towns” like Seattle and Portland, but in the espresso bars that served a niche clientele in smaller markets. These were people who knew the difference between a well made espresso drink and the prefab coffee from a machine at the local gas station.

I love shopping at Farmers Markets where the produces are fresh and the fruits and vegetables are in season. Farmers markets are places where you can buy your goods at extremely lower prices, totaling to almost 50% mark down compared to grocery and shopping mall prices. Going to farmers markets also gives me a keen sense of consumerism pride as I am able to get the best commodities at relatively lower price.

Love unique sandwiches? While it is not necessary to make the sandwich or even eat the sandwich, for reasons unknown, I find it nice knowing that there are other who like these things too! Have you had the pleasure of a “St. Paul”? Apparently you can only find this in St. Louis, Missouri. And even then, only in some old time Chinese restaurants. What is it you might ask, well it is a large amount of egg foo young on some white bread along with tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise. Sometimes a slice of good old American cheese is added in. How about the “chow mein sandwich”, ever heard of that one? this sandwich is apparently a very common item on menus along Route 195 (Southern Mass.) and it isn’t confined to just Chinese restaurants either. As you might already know there is no end to these bizarre sandwiches, from peanut butter and onions, peanut butter with pickles to peanut butter, jelly and crushed potato chips!

Farmers markets are places where I can buy cheap and safe vegetables, produce for my families’ needs. They are basically organized and manned by farmers and farm owners. These persons sell their cultivated goods for much lower prices than their commercial or grocery counterparts. It is because farmers do not pay for steep rental fees or space lots at farmers markets. They basically just provide a donation to the municipality for the continuous improvement of the community. I personally love going to Farmers Market.

You get the typical reaction when dealing with cookies in the fair. So much rumor-mongering over the years in fairs have you imagine tasteless, dry, and flour-tasting cookies. Gone are the days when you could at least spare a minute to peruse these humble goodies, only to be replaced with a sneer and sense of disgust when you spot these baked treats.
